Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and you will receive email receipts for each transaction.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. When you cancel:

• Your access continues through the end of your current billing period
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• No automatic refund is issued for the remaining time in the current period
• You will not be charged for future billing periods

3. Refunds

All payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. However, we may consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate or erroneous charges
• Technical issues that prevented access to paid features
• Billing errors on our part

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date. To request a refund, please contact us at support@perfectlisting.ai with your account details and reason for the request.

4. Credits & Add-Ons

Credits purchased for image generation, exports, or other add-on features are:

• Non-refundable regardless of usage
• Non-transferable between accounts
• Subject to expiration as specified at purchase

If you experience technical issues that prevent credit usage (e.g., failed image generation), we may reissue credits rather than provide a monetary refund.

5. Free Trial

We offer a free Pay-as-you-go plan that includes 2,500 credits with no credit card required. The free credit grant is limited to one per user. Once you upgrade to a paid subscription, you are not eligible for another free credit grant if you cancel and return.

6. Lifetime & Launch Pricing

Special discounted rates, including lifetime deals or launch pricing, are valid only while your subscription remains active. If you cancel your subscription:

• You forfeit eligibility for the special pricing
• Returning users will be charged at standard rates
• Promotional pricing cannot be reinstated once canceled

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company, your account may be immediately suspended pending investigation. Verified fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
