This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and credit adjustments work for subscriptions and add-on purchases made through PerfectListing.ai, operated by The Tech Reviewer Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Subscriptions and Billing Cycle
- All paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless canceled beforehand.
- Charges are processed securely through Stripe, and receipts are emailed to the address linked with your account.
2. Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support@perfectlisting.ai.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; access remains active until that date.
- Canceling stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
3. Refunds
- All payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may, at our discretion, issue a full or partial refund only in cases of duplicate billing, technical failures that prevented service access, or verified billing errors.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date to support@perfectlisting.ai.
4. Credits and Add-Ons
- Purchased credits (for AI image generation, listing exports, or other add-ons) are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of usage status or purchase date.
- Expired or unused credits are not reinstated after plan cancellation.
- If a verified technical error prevents credit delivery, we may reissue equivalent credits at our discretion—but refunds will not be provided.
5. Free Trial
- Each new user receives a single property credit trial—no credit card required. Only one trial plan per user/fingerprint is allowed.
- Once upgraded to a paid plan, the free trial cannot be reinstated or refunded.
6. Lifetime, Early-Access, or Launch Pricing
We may offer discounted “lifetime,” “early-access,” or “launch” pricing plans. These special rates remain valid only while the subscription stays active and in good standing.
- Canceling or allowing the plan to lapse permanently ends eligibility for lifetime or discounted pricing.
- If you return later, your new subscription will be billed at the then-current standard price.
- We reserve the right to verify plan status and enforce these terms to maintain fairness across all users.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer may result in immediate suspension of your account during the review process.
- We encourage users to contact us first to resolve billing issues quickly and fairly.
- Verified chargebacks will result in permanent bans from being a current or future customer.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of PerfectListing.ai after updates constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
