You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using PerfectListing.ai, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software
• Use automated systems or bots to access our services without permission
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use our services to generate fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or usage limits

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.

Prices are subject to change with notice. Any price changes will apply to the next billing cycle following the notice.

5. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details on our refund practices.

6. Credits

Credits purchased for image generation, exports, or other features are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused credits may expire according to the terms specified at the time of purchase. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.

7. Lifetime & Launch Pricing

Special promotional pricing, including lifetime deals or launch discounts, remain valid only while your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, any special pricing will be forfeited and you will be required to pay standard rates if you choose to resubscribe.

8. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as a starting point and may require your review and editing. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of all AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

9. Third-Party AI Providers

Our services utilize third-party AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic/DeepSeek, Perplexity, and Google Gemini. By using our services, you acknowledge that your content may be processed by these providers in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Image Storage

Uploaded images and content are stored securely for 90 days to enable you to access your generated content. After this period, files are automatically deleted. You are responsible for downloading and saving any content you wish to retain.

11. Beta Features

We may offer beta or early-access features that are still in development. These features are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Your use of beta features is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Tech Reviewer Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
